5 Skincare Things Worth the Investment
Five things I tell every client are worth the investment. Not the trendy stuff, just what actually works Swipe through if you’ve stood in front of the mirror more times than you can count, wondering why nothing seems to be working If you’re ready to stop guessing and start following a plan bu

Following online advice vs a one time facial vs a personalized plan. Online advice gives you information. A facial gives you a service. A personalized plan gives you four months with a roadmap to follow. Advice is a moment. A facial is a session. A plan is what you keep. Follow for more honest

5 Things I’d Never Let a Client Buy
There’s a pattern I see in almost every new client’s routine before we start working together Money spent on things that feel productive but don’t actually move their skin forward, while the things that would make a real difference get skipped. Swipe through for the five I see most If you’ve

Three reasons to book a consult instead of buying another product. You have spent more on serums this year than the consultation costs. The next product will not work without a real look at your skin. One call. One four month plan. No commute. No waiting room. Comment "SKIN" and I'll send you t

Three reasons your acne came back at 38. It is not the same acne. Hormonal acne lives on your jawline. Harsh scrubs and stripping cleansers are made for teen skin. Your stress and hormones at 38 are not what they were at 22. Comment "SKIN" and I'll send you the link to book a consult. #NYCEst

I don’t book new clients for single treatments. Here’s why 👇
Random appointments keep you starting over, especially if you’re dealing with acne, dark spots, or scarring. That’s why every new client starts with a plan, not a single treatment, built around your skin and adjusted as it responds Swipe through to see what that actually looks like If you’re

You do not have to live in New York City for expert skincare. Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, or a town of 9000. It does not matter. A photo review, a 30 minute call, and a written four month plan. Most of what transforms your skin happens between facials anyway. Comment "SKIN" and I'll send you the

Three things I would never let a woman over 35 do to her skin. Never start strong acids the week before a sun vacation. Never use a body scrub on your face. Ever. Never stack retinol and a chemical peel in the same week. Comment "SKIN" and I'll send you the link to book a consult. #NYCEstheti

One of my favorite things about The Odyssey is that it didn’t just entertain me. It left me asking questions As an esthetician, I spend a lot of time thinking about beauty, but this film made me think about what beauty has meant throughout history The more I read about Helen of Troy and the w

Reality Check
You’ve spent years trying to figure out your skin. You’ve switched products, booked treatments, followed conflicting advice online, and wondered why your results never seem to last. The truth is, acne isn’t something you fix once and forget. It’s something you learn to manage through thoughtful,

Wildfire smoke has been sitting over the city, and your skin might feel it too. A few hazy days in and you might notice dullness, redness, sensitivity, or random breakouts. A few things that help this week: Wash it off tonight. Oil or balm cleanser first, then your usual wash. Skip the scrub.

There is so much fear around aging, especially for women. As a licensed esthetician in my 30s, here’s what I wish more women over 35 knew about their skin: 1. Aging is a privilege. The goal isn’t to look 25 forever. The goal is to have healthy, vibrant skin at every stage of life. 2. Stop com

Never go to bed without removing your SPF. Ever. Sleeping in SPF traps oil, bacteria, and blocks skin regeneration. Your skin regenerates between 11pm and 4am SPF kills that process. Oil cleanser first, then your regular cleanser. No exceptions. Follow for more professional skincare advice. #

What actually matters in your routine and what doesn't. Viral products? Not important. SPF every single day? Very important. A 10-step routine? Not important. 5 right products? Very important. Giving your routine 8-12 weeks? The most important thing you can do. Comment "SKIN" and I'll send you

Three things you should never do to your skin ever. Overexfoliate. Max three times a week or your barrier breaks down. Mix retinol and AHAs on the same night. Alternate them instead. Skip SPF. Two finger lengths, reapplied every two hours. Comment "SKIN" and I'll send you the link to book a con

I ranked the ingredients your routine is probably built around. Coconut oil? Highly comedogenic. The most common mistake I see. Hyaluronic acid is overrated without an occlusive to seal it in. Retinol, niacinamide, and SPF are the only real S-tiers. Follow for more professional skincare advice.
