Weekly Reset

Every Monday I do my weekly reset, this starts with setting up my planner to see my week as an overview, and using that to decide when I’ll do other tasks, like chores and exercise and meal planning.

Monday is always for groceries, laundry and my tap class, which is one of the best parts of my week! #happyplanner #stickers #resetroutine #planning

Start by reflecting on the previous week: what worked well and what could be improved? This self-assessment will guide your planning for the upcoming week. Your planner can serve as a powerful tool to visualize your tasks and responsibilities. Consider color coding for chores, meal planning, and workouts, which can bring an enjoyable aesthetic to the planning process. Utilizing hashtags like #happyplanner and #planning can connect you with communities who share similar interests in organization and creativity. Incorporating self-care into your routine is vital. Perhaps include time for a hobby, relaxation, or even a new class, like tap dancing mentioned in your article. Engaging in enjoyable activities helps reduce stress and increases overall productivity. Make grocery shopping a fun outing by creating a meal plan that inspires healthy choices and saves time during the week. Also, dedicate a day to laundry and household chores, turning them into manageable tasks instead of overwhelming duties. By breaking down your tasks into a weekly schedule, you can strike a balance between work, self-care, and leisure.
