ð 3-Minute Breakfast Idea: "Grano the Protein Mocha Interpreter," Long Full, Vivid Awakening ââĻ
Slowly, when you want to have breakfast, complete nutrients, protein to and help you wake up and get through the work. This recipe answers my problem the most. I eat a lot of time too. Finish immediately, eat a crunchy chew. Can be left overnight. Or make a snack to eat during the day is also delicious. Friends
ðĨĢ what I use per serving (friends can adjust the recipe conveniently, but this one I've tried is delicious. Conrad!)
- Diamond Grains' Granola: ~ 40 grams (get carbs, add energy, get protein and a little fat)
- ISO Soy BAAM Protein Powder: 1 Measuring Spoon (Low-Cal Lean Plant Protein, Recipe in Shape as Coconut Milk Flavor)
- Tofisan Protein Milk (No Sugar Refill Recipe): ~ 100 ml (You can use water. I happen to have it on sale, but I tried it. It's so delicious.)
- Nescafe Americano Zero Sugar Coffee Powder: ~ 2 grams (1 small packet, increased awakening and personal preference because if not wearing it will taste too tasty for me, hahahahaha)

Just pour everything in the desired proportion, and a person (or shake) will get a "protein mocha granotab" that is easy to make and delicious, chewing crunchy, satisfying!
ðĄ and the idea of making Overnight (for the soft eating line):
Every day I want to change the feed like eating sweets. Do the usual procedure in a jar with a lid and leave to soak the fridge overnight. Very morning, Ranola will suck the water until it is soft and cold. The feed is like eating mocha cake. Friends are very beautiful.
