LOVE IS A VERB
What if it wasn’t love…
it was words without action that felt real in the moment?
Anyone can say what you want to hear.
“I care about you.”
“I’m not going anywhere.”
“I just need time.”
But words alone don’t create anything.
You can say you’re going on a trip…
but if you don’t book the flight, pack your bags, and actually get on the plane—
you’re not going anywhere.
It’s the same thing.
Love isn’t what someone says.
It’s what they consistently do.
Because when words and actions don’t match,
your mind holds onto what was said…
but your body reacts to what’s real.
And that’s where the confusion comes from.
Love requires both.
The words… and the action behind them.
The intention… and the follow-through.
The feeling… and the consistency.
That’s what makes it real.
Anything else will keep you stuck
trying to figure out something that was never clear.
Love is a verb.
And once you feel that,
you stop confusing intensity with love.
I speak what I become.
Healing is around the corner—you just have to keep walking 💜🙏🏻
