Okay, moms and dads, I totally get it! Sometimes you just need those genius ideas to keep the little ones busy and entertained when you're stuck indoors. We recently had a blast transforming a delivery box into an epic stair slide, and the look on my daughter's face when she saw it was absolutely priceless! It proves you don’t need fancy toys to create unforgettable moments and engage their minds. But what else can you do after the stair slide fun winds down? I've gathered some of my go-to, tried-and-true activities that keep my kids happy and engaged for hours, often using things we already have around the house. These are perfect for those times you need to keep a 4-year-old or 5-year-old busy, or just want some creative things to do at home with kids. The Magic of Cardboard Boxes (Beyond the Slide!) Seriously, don't throw away those big boxes! After our stair slide adventure, we've turned them into so much more.
