My First Running Vlog!

Welcome to my first vlog-style running video! I’m experimenting with creative ways to document my runs while keeping myself accountable to my big goals this year. This is a fun way for me to push my boundaries, stay motivated, and step out of my comfort zone.

This run was freezing—-5°F with a “feels like” temp of -24°F! 🥶 Here’s a breakdown of the gear that kept me (mostly) warm:

* Jacket: Nike cold-weather quarter zip.

* Undershirt: Basic t-shirt.

* Face Mask: Buff lightweight merino wool.

* Stocking Cap: Smartwool cuffed Beanie.

* Gloves: Smartwool active merino.

* Leggings: Smartwool active fleece wind tights.
