🍋Life recently with Endometriosis & PCOS 💛🥲
The past couple months have been rough. I have been stuck in a flare up for almost two months now, some days are easier than others. I have to use a cane and on the really bad days like today, i use a walker to get around my house. Doctor appointments upon doctor appointments later and i have more doctors appointments with little to no answer and solutions. It’s like a never ending story, getting close to the 5 year mark of dealing with this just a few weeks before my 21st b-day lol. I know it’s not the end and that it could be worse. It’s just where i’m at now, and how i feel, the grass is always greener on the other side.
anywaysssssssssss,
Hopefully I can motivate myself to post more on here! I got more ACNH content that i want to share! Anyways love y’all 💛🥰

Endometriosis and PCOS are complex conditions that millions of women face worldwide. Endometriosis affects approximately 1 in 10 women during their reproductive years, often leading to severe pain and emotional distress. Meanwhile, PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) is a hormonal disorder that can cause irregular periods, weight gain, and issues with fertility. It's crucial to understand that these conditions are interconnected, often impacting one another and complicating diagnoses and treatment options. For many, managing symptoms involves regular doctor visits, lifestyle changes, and exploring various treatment options such as medication, diet adjustments, and holistic approaches. Support groups and online communities have become valuable resources for sharing experiences, providing comfort, and exchanging advice. Raising awareness about these conditions not only helps in destigmatizing the struggles associated with them but also encourages understanding and empathy among peers. Education on topics like hormonal imbalances, menstrual health, and pain management strategies is vital for everyone, especially for those suffering in silence. Remember, if you or someone you know is struggling with Endometriosis or PCOS, you're not alone. Together, we can foster a supportive environment and advocate for better healthcare resources and research dedicated to these conditions.
