For example, reading about cognitive behavioral strategies not only offers practical life tools but also encourages self-reflection, which is essential for personal growth. Finally, creating a regular reading routine, even just 15 minutes daily, helps make this habit sustainable. The cumulative effect of consistent mindfulness in reading can lead to enhanced emotional intelligence, better stress management, and a more fulfilling life outlook—truly living many lives through the pages of books, as George R.R.
