keep in mind that i work in a short term/long term facility, usually having 12 patients each. i work a lot of 16 hour shifts here and there but mostly 8s. ✨ 1. get a paper and write down your patients! write if they are incontinent, who gets up for the day, catheters etc. this is extremely helpf
