Stop ignoring the red flags 🚩

I can’t tell you how many times I was told:

“Eat less.”

“Work out more.”

“Just manage your stress.”

And when none of it worked, I thought it was me. That I wasn’t disciplined enough. That maybe I was just broken.

But the truth?

It was cortisol.

The stress hormone that kept my body stuck in fight-or-flight no matter how “healthy” I tried to be.

That’s why I was:

– Gaining weight in my stomach and face

– Wired at night but exhausted all day

– Snapping at people I loved

– Craving sugar and carbs constantly

And once I finally did?
