Easy High Protein Egg White Bites 🥚🔥

✨ Spent part of my Sunday doing a little meal prep and I’m so glad I did… because these smell AMAZING already 😍

I made high-protein egg white bites for the first time — with peppers, onion, turkey sausage, chicken, and just a sprinkle of cheese. 🥚🌶️

They’re simple, low-calorie, and full of protein — the kind of meal prep that actually makes your week easier 🙌

Here’s the recipe if you want to try them too ⬇️

🥚 Turkey Sausage + Chicken Egg White Bites (Makes 12)

• 3 cups (24 oz) liquid egg whites (¼ cup per muffin)

• 3 full bell peppers, finely diced

• 1 medium onion, finely diced

• 3 turkey breakfast sausage links/patties, diced

• 1 Mediterranean chicken skewer, diced (I use the ones from Costco)

• ½ cup shredded cheddar jack cheese (2 tsp per muffin)

• Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 12-cup muffin tin.

2. Sauté onion + peppers for 5 min, add sausage to warm through, toss in chicken last.

3. Divide mixture into muffin cups.

4. Pour ¼ cup egg whites into each, top with 2 tsp cheese.

5. Bake 20–25 min until set. Cool 5 min before removing.
