I wish I knew this sooner

For so long, I thought the only way to lose weight was to give up all the foods I loved.

No carbs. No dessert. No fun. 🙄

I’d start every Monday saying “this time will be different,” only to burn out and start over again by Friday.

But the truth? It was never about willpower.

It was my hormones — specifically, cortisol — working against me.
