I don’t think most women realize how much constant stress is affecting their bodies until everything starts stacking on top of each other.

You think you’re just “tired.”

You think you’re just “moody.”

You think you just “need to get it together.”

But here’s what actually happens when your cortisol stays high for too long.

Your patience disappears.

Your anxiety gets worse.

You feel overwhelmed by the smallest things.

You start craving salt and sugar nonstop.

That was me for years.

And the worst part is I honestly thought that was just how adult life was supposed to feel.

It wasn’t until I started regulating my cortisol that everything shifted.

My mood.

My entire quality of life.
