I also added specific supplements known to support adrenal health, carefully choosing those backed by research to promote balance without causing additional stimulation. Within just two days, I noticed significant improvements: my racing thoughts quieted, brain fog lifted, and my energy skyrocketed. The most striking transformation was the weight loss I experienced. Unlike fad diets that left me drained, addressing hormone imbalance allowed my body to heal naturally, slimming my face and reducing stubborn belly fat.
