Secondly, I incorporated daily relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation, and gentle movement such as yoga to reduce my overall stress levels. Within just a few days of consistently following these steps, I noticed my weight beginning to drop, especially around my belly. My face became less swollen and my mind felt clearer without the foggy haze I had grown used to. Sleep quality improved—no more waking up at 2 or 3 AM with crazy cravings. These hormonal adjustments not only affected my physical health but also improved my mood and relationships, as I felt less anxious and irritable.
