i want to be really specific about what that one thing did for me.

because i know how it sounds. “i swapped my drink and lost weight.” i would have rolled my eyes too.

but here’s what was actually happening. every morning i was spiking my cortisol before 8am. every afternoon i was crashing and reaching for more caffeine just to function. my body was in stress mode around the clock.

and when cortisol is chronically elevated, your body holds onto fat on purpose. slows your metabolism on purpose. creates cravings on purpose. it’s not failing you. it’s trying to survive.

no amount of clean eating or extra workouts fixes a cortisol problem. i learned that the hard way after years of trying everything.

when i finally swapped what i was drinking every day for something that actually supported my cortisol instead of destroying it, everything shifted.

steady energy all day. cravings gone. less bloating. better sleep. clearer focus. 27 pounds down. a size 12/14 in jeans to a size 6.
