If you’re a fan of themed high teas or grew up loving Paddington, this one is definitely worth a visit.
SKAI Restaurant has teamed up with Paddington™ to create a charming high tea experience, paired with sweeping panoramic city views. The set includes 6 savouries, 6 sweets, plain and raisin scones, along with a choice of drinks.
The sweet treats were especially well thought out, featuring playful nods to Paddington — from marmalade sandwiches and iconic red London buses to Paddington’s signature suitcase. Visually delightful and very on-theme.

🥪 Savouries & Scones
The savouries were well-executed and nicely portioned, offering a good lead-in before moving on to the sweets. Both plain and raisin scones were served warm, accompanied by homemade jam and butter — classic, comforting, and satisfying.
🍰 Sweets
The Citrus Basil Sorbet with Earl Grey tea and orange pomelo salsa was our standout favourite. Alongside treats like the raspberry Battenberg sponge, the flavours were well balanced and not overly sweet, making it easy to enjoy the full selection.
☕ Drinks
Each guest can choose between a non-alcoholic cocktail, TWG tea, or gourmet coffee. Whichever you go for, the drinks pair well with both the savoury and sweet elements of the set.

Most items were enjoyable and thoughtfully executed, with generous portions throughout. The main downside was the service — staff appeared quite busy, which led to slower attention at times. That said, it’s still a lovely experience overall, elevated by the theme and stunning views. Ideal for a date, a girls’ catch-up, or a relaxed family outing.
