For the Fashion Darlings
Did you know there exists a branch of psychology for FASHION?
I am a behavioral health girlie, avid reader, fashion enthusiast, and lover of color.
As a pipsqueak, all I had were my love for fantasy YA novels, the arts, fashion, and a dream. In fact, I kept a lot of my books from my formative years(anyone remember the Clique series? Yes I still have all of them).
Although I don’t have the most endearing memories of my time in retail, I’ve learned some valuable skills about how to:
- organize my wardrobe
- dress for my body type
- properly layer my outfits
- mix and match prints, textures, colors, and silhouettes
Since crossing over into behavioral health(and amassing a wider budget) I have fed my inner child by experimenting with my clothing(cause who says professional attire has to be boring?). And since children respond more to bright, eye catching colors it was literally a match made in heaven!
