[Day 8 of 31] being a content creator is hearing 14 different opinions, rethinking your entire strategy 6 times, questioning your niche for no reason… and then realizing the answer was to just post the content the whole time 😭
As someone who has navigated the rollercoaster journey of content creation, I understand the constant flood of opinions that can leave you feeling overwhelmed. You hear everything from "post three times a day" to "be consistent with one post," or even "time of day doesn’t matter"—which can cloud your judgment even more. What I eventually realized is that listening too much to external advice sometimes distracts from the core message you want to share. One common feeling I encountered was questioning whether my content was "good enough." It's natural to think your videos or posts don’t resonate, especially with negative self-talk like "my content sucks." But remember, no one wakes up viral or an influencer overnight. Consistency and showing up regularly helped me build a library of content that gradually attracted my audience. Also, it’s important not to immerse yourself in comparison or get stuck wondering about your niche excessively. The truth is, your unique perspective is your strength. When self-doubt hits, remind yourself that content creation is a process—an evolving journey. Having a collection of ideas and drafts ready helps reduce the stress of "time to make it?" moments and keeps creativity flowing. In my experience, the best advice is simple: just post. Whether it’s one post or three, being consistent and authentic trumps trying to perfect every detail based on conflicting opinions. Keep going, even when overwhelmed—over time, your content will find its tribe.
