🧘 Habit 1: Get in a daily spiritual routine
🧘 How It Helps Me: Makes me feel like i completed somthing and releases dopamine to your brain. Having a routine is good for balance and order.
🧘 Habit 2: Meditate daily
🧘 How It Helps Me:Clearing your mind is one of the hardest tasks when meditating since your mind can run a mile a minute. Mediation daily will help you ease your mind faster and help with overthinking. Remember you are NOT your thoughts 😛
🧘 Habit 3: Deep breathing
🧘 How It Helps Me: taking a second when you are anxious do deeply breath will slow down your heart rate and bring you back down to reality. Then ask yourself if what you were having anxiety/overthinking about is “ truthful” or “realistic”. Most of the time it’s our mind playing tricks on us. It tests us. 💕
