Patience & consistency
These pictures are a two year difference. I didn’t start with the intention to loose 30 lbs overnight because of one hard truth. I KNEW there were going to be habits to break, new mentalities to adapt to and the biggest one… Patience. We have to understand something.. we are trying to cleanse our bodies of toxins and waste.. gain muscle our body isn’t use to having and loosing body fat our body was use to having around.. we are doing a lot and to expect it to magically disappear just based off of two weeks- a month is crazy. We seen it happen before but does it stick? Probably not because all of this takes time. So I’m just saying this to say, be easy on yourself and enjoy the health and fitness journey because that’s exactly what this is.. a journey and a experience 🩶
