Or even the fact that we are all spiritual beings having a human experience.
Many of us were put into these physical bodies to learn, to grow, and experience every one of life’s sensations.
Sensations that bring joy, excitement, that bring anger, sadness, grief… all of it #learningjourney #healingjourney #healingprocess #morningthoughts
Reflecting on my experiences in the health and wellness space, I've come to realize how often we expect ourselves and others to have everything perfectly figured out. But that's just not true. We are all navigating unique challenges, heartbreaks, and various levels of grief throughout our lives. This shared human experience is exactly what connects us and reminds us to extend grace—not only to others but also to ourselves. Being someone others look up to, whether as a coach or practitioner, can sometimes feel like carrying the weight of having no vulnerabilities. Yet, the reality is far from that illusion. Embracing our imperfections and uncertainties is part of the healing process. Sitting with discomfort and the unknown—whether it is grief, confusion, or emotional turmoil—can be difficult but is ultimately empowering. The journey of healing teaches us that it’s okay not to have all the answers. It encourages us to recognize our emotions fully instead of suppressing them. Through this, we deepen our connection to ourselves as spiritual beings living a human experience filled with joy, anger, excitement, and sadness. For me, acknowledging this has brought a sense of peace and authenticity. It helps me remember that life’s sensations are valuable lessons and that growth is ongoing. We all are on a learning journey, encountering setbacks and breakthroughs alike. By valuing this process, we can foster healing and acceptance both within ourselves and in community with others.
