Okay, you guys, I absolutely had to share my latest Dollar Tree adventure! I popped in, not really looking for anything specific, and left with some incredible art supplies that I'm still buzzing about. Seriously, if you're into crafting or just love a good deal, you need to hear this. First up, the acrylic markers! I snagged several packs, including both Crafter's Square and Primeart Markers. Each pack came with five vibrant colors, which is an amazing deal for just $1.25. The Crafter's Square ones feel really sturdy, and the Primeart markers have a great tip for both broad strokes and finer details. I haven't gotten to try them on a big project yet, but just swatching them, the colors are surprisingly opaque and smooth. I'm already envisioning all the DIY projects I can tackle – thinking rock painting with the kids, customizing mugs, or even adding some pops of color to canvases. These are perfect for anyone looking to experiment with acrylic art without investing a ton of money in pricier brands. And the surprises didn't stop there! I also found these fantastic Jot Activity 12-count fineliners. They come in 0.4 MM assorted colors, and I was lucky enough to grab both the warm color palette and the cool color palette packs. Twelve fineliners for $1.25? That's practically unheard of! These are going to be fantastic for my journaling, adding intricate details to my drawings, or even just for colorful note-taking. The fine tip is perfect for precision work, and having both warm and cool tones means I have a great range of colors to play with. For anyone wondering about the quality of Dollar Tree art supplies, I always say it's worth checking out. While they might not be professional-grade, for casual crafting, beginners, or just trying out new techniques, they are absolutely brilliant. A little tip for using acrylic markers: always shake them well before use and prime the tip on a scrap piece of paper until the ink flows smoothly. Also, consider sealing your finished projects, especially if they'll be handled a lot, to ensure the colors last. Finding these treasures really made my day. It just goes to show you never know what gems you'll stumble upon in the aisles of Dollar Tree. If you've been looking for affordable acrylic paint markers or some sweet fineliners, definitely swing by your local store. You might just get lucky like I did!
