Electrical works ⚡️ - finalised and engaged our preferred smart home vendor (eg. smart switches, automated curtain tracks ) - started electrical works with smart home vendor, ID and electrician - ran neutral wires to all switch points - concealed sockets and shifted some switch points

after 2 rounds of defect checking & rectifications with HDB, the house is finally ready to commence renovation works !! week 1 🏠 - service yard walls were mostly hacked away except for a partial half wall as we plan to construct a half curve there to divide the laundry and kitchen area 🔨

finally collected our keys after 5 long years !! 🔑 🏡 can’t wait to share our reno journey once works officially start next week 🔨🧱 FYI : we opted out of of OCS so we only have tiles in our wet areas like the kitchen, service yard and bathrooms 👍🏼 #sgrenovation #btosg #homereno #hdb
