Classic Victoria Sponge

4 Eggs

225g Caster sugar

225g S.R flour

1 tsp Baking powder

225g Stork

Split between 2 8” baking tins. Bake in oven at 180°C for 25 mins.

I’m not a lover of buttercream as I find it too sweet so I made a vanilla ganache instead. Recipe can be found at www.scientificallysweet.com. Added a layer of strawberry jam too 😋
