I used a kitchen aid and I swear KerryGold butter is the golden item for these. I mix it good until the wet ingredients were light and fluffy looking. I add the dry ingredients a few tablespoons at a time. I used a tablespoon to scoop the cookie dough to get even cookies. I need a cookie scoop lol
