I like to combine simple ingredients like eggs to help bind the nuggets together while keeping the recipe light. To complement the nuggets, adding a side salad with fresh broccoli and cucumbers really boosts the meal's nutritional value. Broccoli is loaded with antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins C and K, which help with immune function and bone health. Cucumbers add a refreshing crunch and hydration thanks to their high water content.
