Copycat chipotle chicken tacos

Nothing fancy but these are delicious and toddler approved! The chicken works great for everything from tacos to bowls to quesadillas. Great for meal prep too!

Marinate chicken breast in:

2 tbsp avocado oil

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp kosher salt

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Sprinkle cayenne pepper

Cook in cast iron skillet until done and shred it up.
