Ginger Mint Infused Lemonade 🫚🍋

Ingredients:

• 1.5 c lemon juice

• 4 c water

• 2 c sugar

• 1 tbsp dried ginger

• 1 tbsp dried mint

Instructions:

1. Juice enough lemons to get 1.5 c of lemon juice

2. Let’s make the syrup — Bring the 2 c water and 2 c sugar to a simmer, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

3. Once simmering, remove from heat. Add dried ginger and mint.

4. Cover and let steep for 15-20 minutes - dried herbs take a bit longer than fresh.

5. Strain out the solids with a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.

6. Let it cool before mixing into your lemonade.

7. Mix lemon juice, ginger mint syrup, and 2 c of water in a pitcher.

8. Enjoy! 😋
