Macaroni & cheese — my way!

Ingredients:

• 16 oz of elbow macaroni

• 8 oz gouda cheese

• 8 oz colby jack cheese

• 8 oz mild cheddar cheese

• 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese

• 6 tbsp butter

• 2 cans of evaporated milk

• 1 egg

• Seasonings: black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning

Instructions:

1. Boil your elbow noodles based on instructions on the box.

2. Shred all your cheeses while your noodles boil.

3. Once noodles are al dente, drain and add butter.

4. Mix noodles to ensure all noodles are covered with butter.

5. Add you seasonings to your buttered noodles. This is based on personal preference (I use a lot of black pepper, then a good amount of onion & garlic powder, then Italian seasoning).

5. Mix in your sessonings.

6. Start adding your cheeses, handful of each kind.

7. Mix and add in 1 can of milk.

8. Add in more cheese (save some to sprinkle on top) and the other can of milk.

9. Mix and add in egg.

10. If you cannot see your black pepper, add in a little more.

11. Pour into an oven safe dish and top it with the remaining cheese.

12. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

13. Enjoy!
