Very old... hard to find a job?
True and untrue - and it depends on us more than anything else.
I started preparing to take risks at the age of 25. After the crisis, Subprime saw a row of unemployed people. I saw a forty-year-old layoff in front of my eyes. The Professor once advised me to find a variety of experiences, but the economy-politics then only made me "test first."
And this is the trap that many working people are trapped in.
Do the same place 7-8 years old. When the age to enter the number three, start asking:
• Will you go private now?
• Private brutal, do hard, indulge customers
• Little but stable money state / semi-state
• Be a more comfortable officer, not responsible as a manager
But the truth is...
1) Can't do it in the "heart," not in the age.
The heart is saved. The heart is easy. It's not... It's hard to go.
The working world is brutal, but the experience has made us better by leaps and bounds.
I've been through a lot of inter lawfirm and multinational companies through Toxic, but we can't solve other people's habits, solve them ourselves, and fight the job.
2) Stability does not exist.
How stable the company is, it always layoffs people.
I used to think, "Wait for the head to retire and get on," but when the organization closes, I have to find a new job and become manager because I'm 40... it's not easy to go back to being an officer.
The other is the vision of looking to the future.
If you are a top-level company in the industry, going out to experience may not always be the answer.
Internal rotating may be more beneficial, because if you leave the job, other companies should want you anyway, but...
Easy to find a job. ♨ Adaptive.
And if you can't adapt... you can't survive.
Niche experience is very good, but if "niche too," it may also move difficult tasks.
Finance is just as important:
Don't overload. Don't lend anyone limitless - I've been. The more you ask, the more your problem becomes our problem.
Family helps as much as you can. Savings and reserves have to be available. Unemployed for a year.
3) In some lines of work... old = advantage
Especially the work it takes.
• Deep business understanding
• Legal / regulatory knowledge
• Experience with regulator and connection
• Head registration with the authorities
• English and communication
So don't be deadwood and don't let go of Joy, because when the crisis comes, readiness is the only thing that will help you find a job, even in your 40s or 50s.
