Focusing more on myself this year. I slacked on going to the gym for about 3 months while being in school. I used to go to the gym 5x a week but unfortunately I had to drop it down to 3x a week :( I came up with a weekly plan + getting my motion back. Excited to see my results in the next 90 days !
