For the past 5 days I’ve been on a green smoothie cleanse to reset myself with healthy eating. I have clarity energy. And it’s nice to see the scale be back to normal. I worked out 3 of the 5 days that’s I’ve cleansed. Im typing this going into day 6 let’s goooooo #weightlossandfatloss
