Cheat Meal Friday!! Vegan Sticky Buns

🌿 Vegan Maple Pecan Sticky Buns

Ingredients

• 1 can vegan-friendly cinnamon rolls (with icing)

• ½ cup vegan butter, melted

• ½ cup brown sugar, packed

• ¼ cup pure maple syrup

• ¼ cup vegan whipping cream

• 1 cup pecans, chopped or halves

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

2. Pour the melted vegan butter evenly into the bottom of the dish.

3. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the butter.

4. Drizzle maple syrup over the sugar layer.

5. Sprinkle pecans over the top.

6. Arrange the cinnamon rolls on top of the pecan mixture.

7. Slowly pour vegan whipping cream over the rolls.

8. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 35 minutes.

9. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

10. Immediately invert onto a cookie sheet or serving platter so the pecan caramel topping is on top.

11. Drizzle with the icing from the cinnamon roll package. Serve warm.
