What I Eat in a Day - 130lbs down
Over the last 3 years I’ve lost over 130lbs, and not one day did I ever eat food that I didn’t like. I didn’t eat salads or chicken and broccoli everyday either.
I sound like a broken record but eating healthy isn’t about eating bland or boring food that you really don’t like. It’s about creating a better relationship with food, and finding a balance between what you love and what you need to eat.
I plan to keep these coming weekly to give you all ideas one different foods to prep or try. Comment if this was helpful 🫶🏽🫶🏽

Maintaining a healthy diet doesn't mean giving up delicious foods. It's about balance, creativity, and making choices that work for you. In my journey of losing 130lbs, I learned the importance of mindful eating and variety. Breakfast can be tasty and nutritious; for instance, try egg whites paired with turkey sausage on thin bagels topped with dairy-free cream cheese. For lunch, a grape bowl can be refreshing, while air-fried sweet chili wings provide a satisfying crunch. Snacks don’t have to be boring—consider a goji crunch bowl smoothie, rated 10/10! Dinner can be vibrant and hearty, like fajita chicken with peppers and onions, served alongside jasmine rice, black beans, and cilantro for a delightful flavor explosion. When craving snacks, healthy options like avocado-based potato chips offer a guilt-free crunch, perfect for those who enjoy savory treats. Explore these ideas, make them your own, and discover how easy it can be to eat deliciously while staying within your dietary goals.
