High Protein Snacks for Weight Loss ✨

Like most people I loveeeee to snack lol, like I’ll snack more than I eat some days just because of convenience. So I knew that was the first place I had to start making swaps.

Now I feel like if I’m going to snack then it needs to be helping my progress rather than hurting it. I cut out things with crazy added sugar, fat/sodium, and mile long ingredient lists with too many things I can’t pronounce.

These are some of my favorites, what did I leave out? Comment if this was helpful and I’ll get a part 2 going 🫶🏽🎉

Some popular high-protein snacks include Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and protein bars, which can easily be found in your local grocery store. Another great option is beef jerky, which is a portable source of protein perfect for on-the-go snacking. If you're looking for something plant-based, consider chickpea snacks and edamame, which are not only high in protein but also packed with fiber. Additionally, integrating nuts and seeds into your snacks can provide a good dose of healthy fats along with protein. For healthier dessert-like snacks, you might try mixing protein powder with oats, creating energy balls that can satisfy sweet cravings without added sugars. Lastly, pre-packaged options like Quest bars and protein chips offer convenience without compromising nutritional value. Always remember to check the ingredient list to avoid unnecessary sugars and preservatives, ensuring that your snacking supports your health goals effectively.
