2 things that changed my body!

If I had to sum up how I lost all of that weight in two parts, it would be a high protein lifestyle and strength training 4x a week!

My body composition has completely changed from a few years ago thanks to implementing these two changes/habits!

Of course there’s other important habits that helped me along the way(calorie deficit, clean eating, hiit/cardio, gut health etc), but these are MOST IMPORTANT!
