How I realistically eat to maintain my weightloss
As always, you know that I love to keep it realistic and transparent. For this day in particular, I was a little busy that morning so that was my lazy girl breakfast. Made sure to get my protein in of course lol. For lunch I have my Cajun cabbage which I have a post with the full details on how I cooked it. For dinner I kept it real simple with wings and fries. Of course I cooked both of them in the air fryer.
Eating healthy doesn’t have to be this big math problem that you just can’t solve. Keep it simple and find a balance between what you need to eat and what you love to eat.
You got this girl 💪🏽

Maintaining a healthy weight can be challenging, but it’s all about balance and simplicity. In this article, I share my personal approach to eating for weight loss without deprivation. For breakfast, I enjoy a protein-packed meal that keeps me full and satisfied. My lunch often features Cajun cabbage paired with fresh fruit—both nutritious and delicious. When dinner rolls around, I might opt for crispy air fryer wings and fries, proving that healthy eating doesn't have to be boring. Moreover, focusing on high-protein meals can assist in muscle maintenance during weight loss, while also enhancing feelings of satiety. Incorporating low-calorie meals without sacrificing flavor is key to staying on track. Learning to prepare meals ahead of time can support healthy choices on busy days, ensuring I still hit my nutrition goals. Understanding personal needs and preferences is crucial, and finding enjoyment in what you eat leads to sustainable habits. Embrace your journey and remember it’s about creating a lifestyle rather than adhering to strict diets. You’ve got this, and indulging in tasty meals can lay the foundation for long-lasting health!
