And I really couldn’t tell you the last time I actually fried something inside of grease. I literally fry everything in the air fryer to cut the oil and fat.

As the new year approaches, it’s the perfect time to reassess your eating habits and make essential changes. One effective strategy is to cook more meals at home. By doing this, you not only control the ingredients but also reduce the temptation of unhealthy takeout options. Studies show that home-cooked meals are generally healthier and can lead to better dietary habits. Incorporating more fruits and vegetables into your meals is also crucial. Not only do they provide essential vitamins and minerals, but they can also aid in weight loss and improve overall health. Consider adding a variety of colorful produce to your plate, making your meals both appealing and nutritious. Lastly, replacing traditional frying methods with air frying or baking can significantly cut down on excess fats and calories. Air fryers allow you to enjoy crispy textures without the unwanted grease. Making these changes can lead to sustained weight loss and a more balanced diet in 2025.
