Let’s ring in the new year with becoming the best version of yourself❣️

Here are some habits you can start implementing to become “her” in 2025:

🤎eat whole foods: focus on eating whole foods that are from the earth. cut out everything processed + seed oils + sugar (tbh, i even recommend cutting out any grains besides sourdough).

🤎internal health: your mental + physical health cannot function properly if your internal health is suffering. I recommend getting GI map test/hormone testing from holistic practitioners. If you are really struggling with your health, message me as I have some recs for healing from the cell.

🤎sauna/sweat: sauna sessions 3-4x a week or at least 90 minutes a week will help you detox toxins (environmental, from foods, internal). Sweating is a great biohack for your health + if you can get to an infrared sauna, that is even better!

🤎hydration: hydration is key. hydrating your CELLS is actually key. electrolytes + salt in your water to get proper hydration. start away from electrolytes with sugars, it defeats the purpose of hydrating your body.

🤎movement: focus on movement DAILY (!!!) minimum 10k steps a day minimum~ as walking burns fat + is a low stress exercise. focus on strength training + low impact strength exercises, pilates, yoga. women’s bodies don’t do well with added stress, this isn’t everyone (HIIT, running) but sometimes less is more.

Bring these habits into 2025 & watch you become that girl😉 But remember~ consistency is key & I recommend sticking with these habits (or habits you choose) for 3 mo the to see results.

Becoming “her” or “that girl” isn’t a trend, it is a lifestyle & requires a mindset shift + consistency.
