Quick upperbody workout
Quick Upperbody workout that shouldn’t take more than 45 mins.
Do 3 sets of 10-12 of each workout, if you’re more comfortable with weights then increase by 5lbs with each set. Working on your upperbody won’t make you look bulky or mainly, it’s a great way to keep everything toned and build strength. And training your back muscles specifically is a great way to create that snatched look ⌛️!
Try this and let me know how it goes 💪🏽💪🏽

Okay, so you're like me, wanting to build upper body strength fast but without spending hours and hours at the gym, right? This quick workout I shared is seriously a game-changer, and I wanted to add a few more tips that have helped me see results pretty quickly! First off, let's talk about why this type of workout helps you gain strength fast. It's all about consistency and smart progressive overload. When you do exercises like Bicep Curls and Shoulder Presses, you're directly engaging those muscle groups. The key is to challenge your muscles a little more each time. Don't be afraid to increase that weight by 5lbs once you can comfortably hit your 10-12 reps for all three sets. That constant challenge is what tells your muscles, 'Hey, we need to get stronger here!' For your back, the Single Arm DB Row and Lat Pulldowns are phenomenal. I've noticed such a difference in my posture and getting that 'snatched' waist look since focusing on my back. These movements hit different parts of your back, building a well-rounded and strong upper body. Remember, proper form is more important than lifting super heavy. If you're swinging the weight or using momentum, you're not fully engaging the target muscle. For single arm rows, really focus on pulling with your back muscles, not just your arm. And with lat pulldowns, imagine pulling your elbows down towards your hips. To really speed up your strength gains, here are a few things I swear by: Focus on Mind-Muscle Connection: When you're doing your Bicep Curls, feel your biceps working! Don't just go through the motions. This helps you get more out of each rep. Don't Skip Rest Days: Your muscles don't grow when you're working out; they grow when you're resting and recovering. Give your body time to repair and rebuild. I usually aim for 2-3 upper body sessions a week with rest or lower body days in between. Fuel Your Body Right: This is HUGE for fast strength gains. Make sure you're getting enough protein. It's the building block for your muscles! After a workout, I try to have a protein shake or a meal rich in protein within an hour or two. Consistency is Key: You won't see results overnight, but if you stick with this routine for a few weeks, you will notice a difference. Even on days you don't feel like it, just showing up for 45 minutes makes all the difference. Sometimes I even throw in a quick Cardio of Choice session afterwards, just 10-15 minutes, to get the blood flowing even more. Track Your Progress: I keep a little note in my phone of the weights I lift. It's incredibly motivating to look back and see how much stronger I've gotten! Remember, building strength isn't just about how you look; it's about how you feel. It boosts your confidence and makes everyday tasks easier. This quick routine is designed to be efficient and effective, perfect for anyone starting out or looking for a solid upper body blast. Give it a consistent try and prepare to feel amazing!
