Each time you face a fear and come out stronger, you create a positive feedback loop that fuels future courage. Remember that courage is not a one-time event but a muscle that becomes stronger the more it’s used. Lastly, surrounding yourself with a community that encourages risk-taking and supports your efforts can make a tremendous difference. Sharing your journey, hearing others’ stories of courage, and receiving encouragement can inspire you to push beyond your limits. Finding courage is an ongoing journey full of personal discoveries.
