This meal right here:

8 ounces of 90/10 ground beef

2 servings of sauerkraut

1 cup of rice

1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil

1 whole avocado

I have this meal, basically every single day. It’s nutrient dense, high in protein, very simple and quick to make.

I prioritize whole nutrient dense, single foods that nourish me, that make me feel good because I wanna feel good all the time.
