It makes you realize just how real and pervasive mental health struggles are, even for people who seem to have it all. For me, it really amplified what I've been dealing with internally. It's like a mirror reflecting back thoughts I've been trying to push away. It's a reminder that these feelings aren't unique to me, but they're also incredibly valid. When you see someone like Lil Poppa, who you connect with through his art, facing his own mental health battles, it can be a wake-up call to pay attention to your own. It's not just about what artists are going through, but how their experiences can trigger or validate our own. I've been trying to find ways to cope with these heavy emotions, and honestly, it's a journey. One thing that's helped me is just acknowledging the feelings.
