How I stay grounded…

It’s so easy to get overwhelmed with life and stop enjoying it. Here are some PRACTICAL ways I ground myself in reality, so I can be extra grateful for my life. 😊 💫 Go on a drive. Going on a drive with my dog (preferably with the windows rolled) allows me fresh air and the safe space to think.
