Feeling normal again. Crazy how that works huh

4/18 Edited to

... Read moreFrom my personal journey, I’ve found that feeling normal again often comes down to the little things we overlook—like keeping hygiene habits in check. For example, making sure my phone is dry regularly helped reduce skin irritation I hadn’t realized was linked to constant contact with a damp, bacteria-harboring device. Alongside this, focusing on a consistent skincare routine made a noticeable difference in clearing up my skin. It’s often surprising how interconnected our environment and self-care practices are. When I started caring more about small daily habits, I noticed not only my skin clearing up but also an overall sense of normalcy returning. It’s comforting to know that you don’t always need complex solutions—sometimes just being mindful about your personal space and health routines can have a strong, positive impact. If you’re feeling off or noticing skin issues, check in on your immediate surroundings—things like your phone, towels, and pillowcases could be quietly affecting you. These small steps of adjustment can help you regain that feeling of wellness and confidence.

Things normalized in motherhood that aren’t normal
There’s a-lot more we go through that stays unsaid. We need to share more of those realistic moments and know we are all struggling in the same way, it’s sad that society has made these common and normalized in motherhood. It’s just another reason to believe that we are amazing.🩷

This is one of those Amazon home finds that you will actually use every day, if you work at a desk for any bit of time. 💫🌸 This chair is comfy on it's own, but when you pull out the retractable foot rest, it's a game changer. I honestly love working with my knees up or with my legs out a
