S’mores oreo cookies
🍪 Ingredients (Makes 10 large cookies)
For the dough:
•160g salted butter, softened
•60g brown sugar
•80g granulated sugar
•1 egg + 1 egg yolk
•1 tsp vanilla powder
•225g all-purpose flour
•7 finely crushed Oreos
•10 chopped Oreos
•1tsp baking powder
•70g chocolate chips
•10 pieces of white chocolate
•Marshmallow
👩🍳 Prepare Dough
1.Whisk the butter and both sugars until fluffy.
Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla; mix until combined.
2.Gradually mix into wet ingredients: flour, baking powder, and crushed Oreos.
Fold in chopped Oreos and both types of chocolate chips.
🍫 Split & Flavor
1.Divide the dough into two equal halves.
Into one half, mix 15g cocoa powder until fully incorporated.
✨ Assemble Cookies
Take a scoop of dough, press together, then flatten slightly.
Place marshmallow, white chocolate and oreo in the center, cover with more dough, sealing edges.
🌡️ Bake
Chill dough for 50 minutes, then bake at 180 ∘ C
for 12-14 minutes until edges are golden.
Cool slightly before serving.
