Cambodia square every flower
On Aug 21, 68, there was a meeting of the Thailand-Cambodia Regional Border Committee, Extraordinary Session or RBC, Secretary level, between the 1st Armed Forces (Thailand) and the 5th Regional Military Command (Cambodia).
Initially, Thailand-Cambodia had an appointment at 14: 00, but it was time for Cambodia to return by the meeting time until the evening, expecting the meeting to collapse.
But it was later confirmed by the Army that the meeting had not been canceled and that the meeting would be held at the Officers' Club Conference Room, 19th Army County, Surasin Camp, Aran Pradesh, Glass Pool, from 8: 00 to 9: 00 p.m. instead.
But finally, until 21: 30, there was still no sign of the Cambodian side.
Major General Poonam, commander of the 19th Army, came to the meeting with the press and confirmed that the meeting was certain, but did not know what time it would begin.
Finally, at 00.05 a.m. on Aug. 22, Lieutenant General Seo Geumpa, deputy commander of the 5th Military Region, chairman of the working group of the Cambodian side, arrived at the Officers Club, 19th Army County.
Major General Suvich Dang Chan, Chief of Staff of the 1st Armed Forces, as Chairman of the Thai Working Group, welcomed and entered the lounge for discussions, while the Working Group, Secretary, both sides validated the documents before the meeting.
Before the meeting was completed at 1: 09 a.m., Cambodia was not ready for documents before the meeting was closed at 2: 12 a.m. and the draft record was signed. The exchange of documents between the two parties was completed at 2: 19 a.m.
The Cambodian side claimed that it was delayed because it had to thoroughly review the documents submitted by the Thai side.
