On Oct. 3, 68, the commander of the 1st Division sent the most urgent document to the commander of the 5th Military Region of Cambodia, with the material saying:
According to the 5th Military Region, the Cambodian-Thai Regional Border Committee scheduled a special session on the 5th Military Region and the 1st Army on October 10-12, 2025 for a total of three days.
