The Navy is prepared to deal with the Kalmaki storm for 24 hours.
The Navy is fully prepared to catch the "Kalmaki" storm to help the people.
Rear Admiral Parash Ratchaiyanth, a spokesman for the Navy, mentioned the Navy's preparation to help people affected by Typhoon "Kalmaki," as the Meteorological Department announced, with the storm weakening and moving to cover Thailand. As a result, between November 7 and 9, 2025, Upper Thailand has increased in rain and heavy to rainfall in some areas, starting in the northeast, central and northern regions, respectively. For the wind waves in the sea, there will be a strong wave of 2 to 3 meters.
Admiral Python, the commander of the Navy, was aware of the suffering of the people, and ordered the Naval Disaster Relief Centers in various areas to prepare personnel, equipment and vehicles to provide immediate assistance to the people in the area of responsibility, and to closely coordinate public alarm and rescue efforts with local authorities, as well as to explore flood-prone or repetitive flood-prone areas affecting the people of the area, and to provide assistance in a proactive preventive manner, such as moving items aloft, to minimize the impact of possible damage.
In addition to the above strength and assistance tools, the Navy has also provided a Disaster Relief Squad for rescuing affected citizens at sea and a Water Push Task Force Kit to participate in Drainage Acceleration Operations in certain areas experiencing critical flooding, as coordinated by the province. These Water Push Ships will be able to enter the area within 2-3 days of being coordinated.
The Navy asks its citizens in flood-prone areas, especially low-lying areas along rivers, the seaboard, and areas that have experienced flooding, to keep up closely with news and warning notices from the Meteorological Department and bureaucratic news, and to be prepared to move items to higher ground to minimize potential damage.
The Navy asked for confidence to be on the side and available to provide full assistance to the public, with
